We are committed to designing the perfect home for our clients and work directly with the customer from the beginning of the design process through the completion of the building phase. Our initial design process begins with our customers' ideas, making the plans original and customized to each and every client. We know that expectations and ideas may change throughout the course of design and ensure our clients are getting exactly what they envision by being in contact with them regularly.

Designer/Estimating
Mitch has worked for Eldridge Lumberyard since high school and began learning the industry with the assistance of Steve and David. Being one of our tech specialists, he helped implement our computer-aided design system and now holds the position of head designer for the CAD department.
David
Designer/Estimating
Since the age of 12, David took on the traditional, hands-on approach of designing in comparison to utilizing computerized techniques. After college, he joined his father in the lumber industry and holds a reputation for artistic abilities as hand-drawn plans are sought after in today's era of technology. David is one of the only designers in the area who draws by hand.
Morgan
Designer/Estimating
Morgan grew up around construction helping her father fix up rental properties. After high school, she completed her Associates degree in Interior Design and started training under Dave in architecture for a couple of years. Before returning to the lumberyard in 2020, she spent a year in Chicago working for a residential remodeling design-build firm.
